Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects across North Dakota
. This role is responsible for overseeing projects from preconstruction through final closeout, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, control costs, and drive project performance in a fast-paced construction environment.

• Manage commercial construction projects from award through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance
• Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with project plans
• Lead project meetings with owners, architects, and consultants
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Track project costs and ensure accurate monthly billings
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and contract documents
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Commercial construction experience required (industrial, retail, healthcare, or mixed-use preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost control
• Experience managing multiple subcontractor trades and vendors
• Proficient with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
