OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Field & Safety Supervisor to join our team and lead safety initiatives across our Hydrovac and construction-related operations. In this role, you will ensure the safety, health, and regulatory compliance of multiple job sites while supporting daily field activities. This is a hands‑on position that works closely with field crews, project managers, and leadership to promote a strong safety culture, conduct routine audits, oversee risk management practices, and enforce OSHA, NEC, and company standards.
Your proactive approach will help create a safe and productive environment where every team member can thrive.
- Develop, implement, and manage safety programs tailored to Hydrovac and construction operations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, monthly safety audits, and job-site hazard assessments.
- Provide on-site support to field crews to ensure proper equipment operation and safe work practices.
- Lead safety training sessions for employees and management on risk prevention and emergency procedures.
- Conduct incident investigations, prepare written reports, and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee workers’ compensation processes and coordinate with insurance providers for claims management.
- Maintain accurate and organized safety documentation using field or construction management software.
- Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to integrate EHS best practices into daily operations.
- Address safety concerns promptly and enforce consistent safety compliance across all sites.
- Experience in field, construction, or industrial safety management.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, NEC standards, and safe field operations.
- Proven ability to conduct site inspections, safety audits, and hazard assessments.
- Knowledge of incident investigation and workers’ compensation procedures.
- Familiarity with safety documentation tools or management software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Prior experience in Hydrovac, construction, trucking, or EHS supervision is a strong plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
