Responsibilities- Direct inquiries via phone, email, or in person to the appropriate departments
- Manage office inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed
- Maintain confidentiality by safeguarding sensitive information and files
- Prepare, organize, and transcribe correspondence, reports, and other documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide support for various outreach programs, contributing to their planning and execution
To succeed in this position, you should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively and make sound decisions. Attention to detail is critical, as this role requires accurate transfer and documentation of information. To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or GED and one (1) year of office experience.
