Senior Accountant

We’re seeking a proactive Senior Accountant who enjoys being in the weeds while still keeping an eye on the bigger financial picture. This role is highly hands-on and plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financials, strong cash visibility, and reliable reporting that leadership depends on.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:

• Drive month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and account reviews

• Prepare and analyze balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations, resolving variances

• Manage expense, inventory, and intercompany allocations

• Support accounts receivable activities, including billing, cash application, and collections

• Perform inventory accounting, including reconciliations, adjustments, cost analysis, and reporting

• Assist with cash forecasting and monitor cash flow to support liquidity planning

• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and supporting schedules

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and auditors to support audits and compliance efforts

What We’re Looking For in the Senior Accountant:

• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong hands-on background in close, reconciliations, and allocations

• Exposure to AR, inventory accounting, collections, and cash forecasting

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

• Advanced Excel skills and experience working within an ERP system

• Detail-oriented, analytical professional with strong communication skills
