Inventory Control Clerk

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk – A to join their team. As an Inventory Control Clerk – A, you will be part of the Distribution Operations supporting inventory management and order processing. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

North Chicago, IL Pay Range: Shift: 11am – 7:30pm

• Audit inventory on DFCS/SAP/ADMS to ensure system accuracy and balance
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies during daily order processing
• Process rejected, expired, and short-dated products, supporting quality and manufacturing teams
• Resolve orders on hold related to inventory status and cancel orders as needed
• Monitor system error logs and communicate issues to appropriate personnel

• Experience with WMS / SAP Inventory Control systems (preferred)
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and utilize multiple resources effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work in cold storage environments at
  -20°C or colder
