As a Senior Technology Engineer I, you will design, build, and deliver scalable, cloud‑based solutions using AWS native services. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI‑enabled and agentic services, architect modern web applications with React and related front‑end technologies, and drive secure, high‑quality deployments through iterative Dev Sec Ops  practices.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of cloud‑native applications using AWS‑native tools and serverless architectures.
• Architect and implement web front‑ends with React (or similar frameworks such as Angular or Vue.js), ensuring responsive, accessible, and high‑performing user experiences.
• Integrate AI/ML‑enabled and agentic services, collaborating with data scientists and product teams to embed intelligent capabilities into business workflows.
• Adopt and promote modern software engineering practices including automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines within a Dev Sec Ops  framework.
• Champion secure coding and data protection practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate in agile, cross‑functional teams, participating in pair programming, iterative planning, and continuous delivery.
• Serve as a technical leader and mentor, guiding less experienced engineers in modern practices and architectural decisions.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging cloud, AI, and developer productivity tools that drive automation, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Engage with vendors and third‑party solution providers according to company values and vendor management protocols.
• Maintain current expertise through ongoing learning, community participation, and application of the latest best practices and technologies.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with 6 years’ experience;
  Master’s Degree with 5 years’ experience; or PhD with relevant project experience.
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud services (e.g., Lambda, S3, API Gateway, ECS/EKS), modern web technologies (e.g., React, Type Script), and deployment automation (e.g., Terraform, Cloud Formation, CI/CD tools such as Git Hub Actions or Code Pipeline).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and integration practices; hands‑on experience with relevant AWS AI services is a plus.
• Deep understanding of Dev Sec Ops , automated testing, code quality, and secure software delivery life cycles.
• Experience in agile, collaborative development environments, with proficiency in pair programming and mentoring others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The compensation range described below reflects the range of possible base pay compensation the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade. The actual compensation paid will depend on many factors, including geographic location. This range may be modified in the future.
