AI Agent Engineer

Job Description

• Proven experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of autonomous agents, decision-making systems, and advanced AI models.
• Experience with big data tools and cloud computing platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Design and build AI agents with agentic capabilities, including goal-setting, self-reflection, and context adaptation.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models that can operate autonomously.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agentic AI systems into existing products and workflows.
• Conduct research into advanced AI architectures and agentic approaches.
• Ensure ethical considerations are addressed in the development and deployment of AI solutions.
• Evaluate system performance in dynamic and complex environments, recommending improvements.
• Effective communication to bridge technical and business teams, and the ability to adapt to rapid technological changes.

• Understanding AI models, prompt engineering, and the capabilities/limitations of agents to set effective constraints.
• Developing rigorous methods to test and monitor agent performance, safety, and reliability.
• Designing workflows that blend human oversight with autonomous AI actions.
• Working with the team to implement the system.
• Strategic planning to align AI with business goals, robust data management.
• Excellent communication (written/verbal) and behavioral skills.

Salary Range: $150,000-$180,000 per year.
