Threshold Strategies is looking for dedicated and driven individuals to join us as Field Coordinators for various campaign deployments. We are committed to delivering impactful results for conservative campaigns and causes through cutting-edge strategies and data-driven insights.

• Engage with voters to establish relationships and advocate for our clients.
• Educate and persuade voters about our clients, their platforms, and current political events.
• Collect vital voter data and contact information for future follow-up.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and ensure high-quality and accurate voter interactions.
• Submit daily reports and participate in daily meetings.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to work 6-8 hours per day.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Commitment to the values and objectives of conservative candidates.
