Associate Scientist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Scientist I to support laboratory testing and development activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career scientists to gain hands-on experience working in a regulated laboratory setting and contributing to studies supporting regulatory submissions.

• Perform laboratory testing of transfusion medicine products and assays
• Generate and document data for regulatory submission purposes
• Spend approximately 75% of time performing hands-on laboratory work
• Complete 25% documentation and data review activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Execute studies in accordance with established protocols and quality standards
• Maintain proper laboratory documentation aligned with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline required
• 1–2 years of laboratory experience preferred (entry-level candidates with relevant education or internships will be considered)
• Understanding of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) principles
• Experience working with laboratory instrumentation preferred
• Quality or regulated lab environment experience is a plus
