We are seeking a motivated Associate Scientist to support Transfusion Medicine product testing in a regulated laboratory environment. This role plays a key part in generating high‑quality data that will be submitted to the FDA for regulatory approval.

This is an excellent opportunity for an entry‑level scientist or candidate with 1–2 years of laboratory experience looking to gain hands‑on experience in assay execution, instrumentation, and regulatory documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform laboratory testing of new Transfusion Medicine products
  • Execute studies in accordance with approved protocols and GLP standards
  • Generate and document data for FDA regulatory submissions
  • Operate and support transfusion‑related assays and instrumentation
  • Maintain accurate, detailed laboratory documentation
  • Review and organize study data to ensure quality and compliance
  • Support quality initiatives and adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
Work Breakdown
  • 75% Hands‑on laboratory work (assays & instrumentation)
  • 25% Documentation, data review, and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or related scientific field
  • (Master’s degree candidates will not be considered)
  • 1–2 years of laboratory experience (entry‑level candidates will be considered)
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Ability to execute studies per protocol
  • Quick learner with adaptability and flexibility

    Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
  • Experience working with laboratory instrumentation
  • Quality or regulated lab environment experience
  • Knowledge of transfusion medicine or blood‑based assays is a plus
