This position supports research and development (R&D) by testing samples for new and ongoing product projects. Hands‑on experience with lab instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV/Vis, Mass Spectrometry (MS), ICP, etc. is required to run tests, use lab instruments, and accurately record results.
Responsibilities- Plan and execute assigned laboratory tasks utilizing standard procedures and technical understanding of various techniques to complete assigned tasks.
- Independently generate precise, reliable and reproducible data in a timely manner. Document the experimentation per the regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate experimental precision and strong data interpretation skills and should possess understanding of core discipline.
- Develop protocols for more complex tests or experiments performed with less defined assays and parameters.
- Ensures safety and GxP requirements are met when performing tasks.
- Ensures timely and GxP compliant delivery of high‑quality precise data.
- Apply basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and instrument related systems.
- Presents findings of defined experiments to larger audiences.
- Experienced with and strong working knowledge of above instruments, with demonstrated strong lab skills.
- Excellent documentation skills, with GMP/GLP experience. May have publications, or experience in presentation of findings to scientific organizations. (preferred but not required)
- Experienced use of analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, LC/MS, and chromatography data systems (i.e., Empower, Openlab, Chromeleon).
- Strong documentation skills, familiarity of GMP, GLP. Able to present experimental findings to larger groups. Strong communication skills.

Lab research experience (academic and / or industry) with proven-track record of presentations/publications - c. Required Skill 3: some familiarity of GMP and GLP and/or understanding of working in regulated environment

Able to present findings to larger groups. Strong communication skills. - e. Required Skill 5:
Strong background in chemistry fundamentals.
- BS in Chemistry with 5 years of lab experience or Master’s Degree with 2 years of lab experience.
