Travel Nurse – Coronary Care Unit (CCU) – North Chicago, IL
We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse for the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) in North Chicago, IL.
Responsibilities- Provide specialized care for cardiac patients in the Coronary Care Unit.
- Monitor vital signs, interpret EKGs, and respond to emergency situations.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on cardiac health and post-discharge care.
- Strong IV and cardiac monitoring skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
