Medical Affairs Project Manager

Position for Project Manager, Medical Ad Board & Symposium Execution based in North Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Description

Leads end-to-end project management for Medical Affairs advisory boards and symposia, ensuring compliant, high-quality, and efficient execution through cross-functional and vendor collaboration.

• Manage 25-30 programs, primarily advisory boards and symposia
• Oversee timelines, budgets, scope, risks, and vendor performance
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and procedures
• Conduct post-meeting debriefs and capture lessons learned

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or business
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry and Medical Affairs

• MBA, PMP, or Six Sigma certification
• Medical education, advisory board, or symposium execution experience
• Vendor management and multi-country, matrix environment experience

• $65/hr - $70/hr
