Description

Our client is seeking a creative, analytical and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. Experience working in digital marketing is required and prior experience executing a cohesive digital marketing strategy is advantageous.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support the development of digital content to drive engagement and growth of our divisional websites. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and liaise with third‑party agencies, actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our content and digital activities. To do this, this team member will maintain a broad understanding of our client’s capabilities and technologies in digital marketing, as well as the latest trends in emerging media and digital channels.

This is a highly collaborative role working closely with multiple stakeholders to support translating business objectives into customer‑focused solutions that demonstrate meaningful and tangible results. This role is expected to drive continued digital improvement working with a cross‑functional marketing team to support our overall digital strategy. We’re looking for a naturally inquisitive problem‑solver, with high attention to detail and experience working in a global environment.

Primary

Responsibilities Include
  • Partner with others within the organization to influence and drive digital strategy and make data‑based decisions that enhance customer journeys and optimize digital experiences.
  • Review landing page, social media, and email marketing content making recommendations before go live.
  • Use analytics, insights and best practices to optimize user experience, digital strategies, content and tactics across all digital channels.
  • Support the wider digital marketing team and internal stakeholders with SEO activities, directing onsite SEO efforts including keyword research, on‑page optimization, and technical SEO updates.
  • Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Partner with external agencies on digital programs.
  • Stay abreast of all changes and opportunities in digital marketing and insights, as well as keep up to date with relevant system training and advancements.
  • Ensure compliance with Digital Marketing policies in performing the overall activities.
  • Stay up to date with digital media developments.

This is a Contract position based out of North Chicago, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 – $45.00/hr.
