• Managing communications across teams and stakeholders
• Assisting with operational tasks (ordering/delivery of Macs, updating org charts)
• Maintaining calendars of dates and next steps

• Fluent with Mac systems, general computer use, and Excel
• Comfortable with technology-driven workflows

• Ordering and delivery of Mac devices
• Updating organizational charts
• Managing events and logistics
• Supporting operational tasks in finance/agency settings

• Candidates with Project Coordinator experience are suitable
• Bachelor’s degree not required; emphasis on hands-on experience
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience

• Calendar and task tracking
• Technology fluency (Mac, computers, software tools)
• Organizational chart updates
• Logistics (ordering/delivery of equipment)
• Focus on candidates with practical operations/project coordination experience rather than formal education.
• Strong emphasis on Excel pivot tables and Mac technology fluency.
