Position Overview

As Senior Manager of Performance Marketing
, you’ll own media execution and performance insight across a diverse portfolio of B2B clients. You’ll be responsible for developing this department, assessing current state and scoping new offerings. You’ll represent the department as related offerings are pitched to clients. Your team includes a media buyer and a reporting analyst and will be tasked with improving their ability to translate marketing data and results into clear stories and measurable growth.

You’ll also be responsible for managing project workloads for martech development partners.

Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-channel performance strategy (display, content syndication, digital audio, CTV).
  • Work cross functionally with social team to ensure alignment and integrated measurements.
  • Develop, optimize, and scale paid programs that meet ROI and lead-quality targets.
  • Oversee campaign measurement frameworks—guiding dashboard design, reporting cadence, and actionable insights.
  • Partner with strategy, creative, and client teams to translate data into decisions.
  • Coach and grow a high-performing team grounded in curiosity, rigor, and accountability.
  • Primary Goal:
    To help clients drive measurable ROI through data-driven marketing strategies aimed at client customer engagement, leads, and pipeline growth and ultimately conversions.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in cross-channel performance strategy (display, content syndication, digital audio, CTV).
  • Strong collaboration skills, working cross functionally with social and other teams to ensure alignment and integrated measurements.
  • Proven ability to develop, optimize, and scale paid programs that meet ROI and lead-quality targets.
  • Deep understanding of campaign measurement frameworks, dashboard design, reporting cadence, and actionable insights.
  • Experience partnering with strategy, creative, and client teams to translate data into decisions.
  • Track record of coaching and growing high-performing teams grounded in curiosity, rigor, and accountability.
  • Passion for helping clients drive measurable ROI through data-driven marketing strategies targeting engagement, leads, and pipeline growth.
