This is The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a HR Specialist (Spanish Bilingual) for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in North Chicago, IL (HYBRID).

Contract role of 6 months, possible extensions.

Pay range is $30-32/hr.

Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote.

Must be Spanish/English bilingual.

• Manage and support HR processes in Workday/SAP, including employee lifecycle transactions (hires, terminations, payroll updates) and HR reporting.
• Ensure accurate data entry, compliance with HR policies, and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Handle HR documentation and resolve data quality issues through regular audits.
• Act as first point of contact for employees and managers on HR and payroll-related queries.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, Benefits, Finance) and HRConnect teams to improve service quality.
• Deliver system and process training to new joiners and support Workday-related inquiries.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives for efficiency.
• Use Service Now for case management and ensure timely resolution of requests.

• Seeking HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish!
