PurposeOversee financial planning and analysis consolidation processes and requirements across Operations. Provide guidance on planning tools, support management analysis, and deliver FP&A support to the Global Security team. Assist with key projects, engage finance and business management, and produce planning deliverables to meet Corporate FP&A requirements.
Responsibilities- Lead aspects of the corrections of the Operations planning cycles, including the monthly
YE and annual Plan and LRP. - Compile income statement, balance sheet, headcount, and supplemental schedules.
- Lead consolidation process for each planning cycle and build key slides for executive presentations.
- Ensure financial planning deliverables are accurate, clear, and concise for executive-level review.
- Provide FP&A and accounting support to the Global Security team, offering financial insights and decision support for security initiatives.
- Assist with monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long‑range planning for the Global Security function.
- Partner with business to support the planning processes for the Global Security and Office of the President P&Ls.
- Review and analyze financial performance, prepare variance explanations, and identify risks and opportunities.
- Support key projects & initiatives such as planning system standardization, management reporting, and process improvements.
- Perform responsibilities with high self‑motivation and autonomy.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Finance or Accounting preferred).
- Minimum 6+ years of progressive and related experience.
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, customer demands, and deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability and desire to communicate, collaborate,ffin and coordinate with others throughout the business and finance organizations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels of management, including the ability to listen well and to influence others that do not report directly.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in business applications including BPC, SAP, Workiva, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Base compensation in the range that the company believes in good faith to pay for the role at the time of posting.
