Description

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll take the lead in shaping key products and features from the ground up — defining how they work, look, and feel. You will be working with both Web and Mobile applications (specifically a portfolio of mobile apps for healthcare/ patients in the diabetes space). You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex human needs into clear, intuitive digital experiences.

This is a hands‑on role: you'll sketch, prototype, test, and refine designs, ensuring that every experience is not only intuitive but also deeply human‑centered.

Top 5‑7 Skills
  • Interaction & Visual Design (Wire framing, Prototyping, UI)
  • Proficiency in Figma (Sketch & Adobe Suite also relevant)
  • Design System Creation & Maintenance
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration (with Product, Research, Engineering)
  • Prototyping & Animation Skills (High‑fidelity for one role)
  • Usability & Accessibility Expertise
  • Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
Requirements for the role
  • Must provide a robust portfolio link with the resume (include password if applicable). Submissions without a portfolio will be rejected.
  • Lead design for web and mobile applications, creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Create visually appealing mockups aligned with brand standards and work within/contribute to the design system.
  • Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to ensure technical feasibility and high‑quality execution.
  • Ability to design hybrid experiences for both iOS and Android platforms.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design / Human Factors or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience as a Senior Product Designer.
  • Portfolio must demonstrate recent consumer product design experience (not just school projects or galleries without storytelling).
  • Experience in healthcare, start‑ups, AI, or customer service is a plus.
