Capital Waste Services offers great hours with full‑time pay and benefits for CDL Drivers. Pay based on experience.

• Valid CDL A or B (Required) – Held for at least 2 years
• Medical Card (Preferred)
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Driving record in good standing
• A Class B or A CDL (Required)
• 2+ years of garbage truck industry experience (Preferred)
• Valid DOT physical, drug screen, and criminal background check (Required)

• Class “B or A” CDL
• At least 2 years of driving experience in the garbage truck industry with rear load, ASL, roll off, or front end
• Safe driving record verified through the Department of Motor Vehicles
• Current and in compliance with all DOT requirements
• Valid medical certification
• Dependable, reliable, trustworthy
• Pass drug test and background check

• Operate various types of trucks, including Front‑End Load, Roll‑Off, Rear‑Load, or Automated Side‑Load (ASL), to collect and transport waste materials.
• Ensure safe loading and unloading of materials while adhering to all safety regulations.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform minor mechanical maintenance as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions with the public.
