Overview
The primary duties of employee shall be to safely operate and maintain all related transflo handling equipment. This shall include specifically transloading bulk commodities between railcar and truck.
Responsibilities- Prepare products and materials for container shipment.
- Clear communication with railroad, customer and management.
- All Aspects of unloading cars, venting hatches, operating pumps, turning valves, connecting hoses, inspecting cargo.
- Operating jockey truck and any other material handling equipment.
- Follow all operational and safety protocols.
- Assist with standard maintenance of the facility.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to qualify for TWIC card
- Pass pre-employment screening to include background check, drug screen and physical
- Mechanical aptitude
