We are looking for an experienced commercial roofing service foreman in Charleston NC. Pay starting depending on experience.

• Investigate, locate, and repair leaks and defects in commercial roofing systems including EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing (BUR), and low-slope metal.
• Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.
• Install and repair roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).
• Able to work well in a team setting.
• Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
• Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60 ft and being on a roof.
• Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety.

• 3-5 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
