• Review route and installation schedule; load tools and appliances for daily assignments.
• Safely unload and install appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers) following manufacturer guidelines and local codes.
• Interact with customers, answer questions, and provide care tips to ensure comfort with their new appliances.
• Troubleshoot issues on the job using mechanical skills and ensure safety at all times.
• Complete necessary documentation and obtain customer sign-off to finalize the install process.
• Perform multiple installations per day and contribute to a positive customer experience with the company.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to handle various appliances and troubleshoot issues.
• Solid understanding of electrical and plumbing basics to navigate installation challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability for non-standard situations.
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and provide clear explanations.
• Attention to detail to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality installations.
• Commitment to safety and the ability to work independently, managing your own schedule.

• Satisfactory MVR (driving record)
• D.O.T. physical/certification where required, plus drug screening, criminal background investigation with job performance reference check, and required testing
• Valid Driver's License and compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
