We are seeking a full-time, experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organized, and have great attention to detail.

• Make Ready Apartment Homes
• Preventative Maintenance
• Work Order Completion during both normal business hours and after hours for emergency repairs
• Assist in the purchase, installation, repair and maintenance of various plumbing, heating, air conditioning fixtures and appliances
• Snow Removal during winter months
• Performs maintenance inspections

• Must work well in a team environment
• Problem solver with a high sense of urgency
• Ability to work well without supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Aptitude for general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• HVAC required
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Safe and neat work habits
• 2-3 years verifiable experience
