Location:
Charleston, SC
Compensation: $20-$35/hour (based on related work experience) plus commission.
* Up to $3,000 Sign on Bonus*

Job Overview
As a Plumbing Installation Technician, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide top-notch plumbing installations in residential properties. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, ensuring that our clients enjoy reliable and efficient plumbing services.
Responsibilities:
- Install plumbing systems, fixtures, and components in residential properties, including water supply lines, drainage systems, faucets, toilets, sinks, and water heaters.
- Cut, thread, and connect pipes, ensuring proper fittings and alignments. Install ventilation systems to meet building codes and ensure optimal airflow.
- Install and connect fixtures, appliances, and equipment such as water heaters, dishwashers, and garbage disposals.
- Conduct tests to ensure proper functionality and water pressure. Perform inspections to identify leaks, malfunctions, or areas requiring adjustment.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and faulty components. Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent future problems.
- Communicate with clients to explain installation processes, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to plumbing codes and regulations to ensure safe and compliant installations.
- Proven experience as a residential plumbing installation technician.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and regulations.
- Skill in using plumbing tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

Requirements
• High school diploma or GED.
