Rite-Hite Service Technicians install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. They serve as technical resources for customers and the sales team, working independently or in small teams in a field service environment. They are primary contacts for customers.
Required ExperienceCandidates should have experience with welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Prior experience in repairing or installing industrial equipment is preferred. The role requires independence in a field environment, good customer service skills, outdoor work capability, working at heights, lifting up to 100 pounds, and a clean driving record with a pre-employment drug test and DOT physical, as driving a company vehicle is required.
