We are looking for an experienced commercial roofing service foreman in Charleston, SC!

You will be responsible for investigating, locating, and repairing leaks and defects in various commercial roofing systems such as EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, and low slope metal. You will manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship.

• Install and repair roofs using commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope (tile/shingles).
• Work well in a team setting.
• Work outdoors in extreme weather conditions.
• Lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
• Climb ladders up to 60ft and work on roofs comfortably.
• Perform work according to manufacturer's specifications with a focus on safety.

• 3-5 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
