• Help drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction by understanding their needs
• Describe warranties, advertising, and promotions and answer guest questions
• Manage guest interactions from initial check‑in to final checkout, including scheduling and estimating time requirements
• Promote self‑development with company training tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, squatting

• Prior guest service experience
• Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years old
• Candidacy must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship
• No relocation offered for this position

• High School Diploma or GED
• Past automotive guest service experience
• Prior tire sales experience

• Strong work ethic, independent motivation, and ability to produce results
• Hard worker, responsible, dependable, conscientious, communicative, and a team player
• Analytical and decision‑making skills
• Ability to read, understand, and follow procedures
• Stores may be open 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures
