Join our team to maintain a high standard of store appearance, cleanliness, and recovery standards to fulfill our Brand Promises. Provide friendly customer service, assist shoppers in finding products, and ensure a safe, clean environment.

Responsibilities

Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.

Dust and mop floors as per standards.

Move equipment and products for cleaning and restore them to proper placement.

Clean designated areas with appropriate materials and equipment, including mixing solutions if required.

Deep clean high-traffic areas such as bathrooms and entryways.

Maintain cleanliness and order of cleaning equipment, notify supervisors of supply needs.

Identify areas needing cleaning and proactively complete tasks.

Follow all federal, state, and local guidelines.

Maintain positive interactions with team members and customers, representing our values.

Project a positive image and serve as a role model for others.

Additional Duties

Provide quick, friendly checkout service and handle cash transactions accurately.
Engage customers about Rewards programs and Credit Card enrollments.
Support Omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
Assist with unloading trucks, stocking, and planogram setup.
Support shrink and safety initiatives.
Adhere to SOPs and company policies for compliance.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Experience in retail and/or cleaning preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods.
Ability to move throughout the store, bend, lift, reach, and stretch.
Lift heavy objects and access high shelves using ladders.

Work Environment

Public retail setting with climate-controlled areas; some outdoor work.
Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old and meet legal requirements.
