Job Summary

The Educator role is the foundation of our success as an organization. Educators are experts in creating world‑class customer service and guest experience in our retail stores. They engage and connect with guests, share high‑quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Guest (i.e., Customer) Experience

  • Interact with guests to ensure a great experience that values their time.
  • Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions.
  • Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefit.
  • Facilitate a seamless end‑to‑end experience, conduct accurate transactions, and support omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
  • Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage guests and attend to needs.
  • Receive feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action and “make it right.”

Working With Others

  • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences.
  • Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members.
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.

Operations

  • Perform product presentation tasks according to company standards.
  • Use in‑store technology to support operations and provide positive guest experiences.
  • Maintain a clean, luxury environment throughout shifts.
  • Adhere to people‑safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws.

Job Requirements

Eligibility

  • Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Proof of Right to Work and evidence of local legislative requirements (EMEA only).
  • Ability to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Availability

  • Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Other Willingness Requirements

  • Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
  • Willing to move through the store for most of a shift to help guests and accomplish work.
  • Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
  • Willing to work as part of a team and also complete some work independently.

Job Assets (Nice to Have)

  • Education:

    High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Compensation & Benefits Package

Base Pay Range
: $18.00 – $20.71 per hour, subject to minimum wage in the location.
Target Bonus
: $2.00 per hour.
Total Target Base Pay Range
: $20.00 – $22.71 per hour.
