Overview

GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Starbucks) (T1829) role rting hourly rate: $15.00 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and engage with guests to solve their needs.
• Assist guests and help solve their specific needs; thank guests for shopping at Target.
• Execute daily tasks to align with business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Change prices, manage merchandise setup and maintenance, and ensure inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services available in the total store to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; move merchandise safely, up to 44 pounds with or without assistance.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions; may involve Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
• Must be able to remain mobile for the shift duration.
