The Team Lead supervises and manages all day-to-day store operations, ensuring 100% compliance with all Company policies and procedures. The role provides leadership, guidance, and training for the store staff, reporting to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. In their absence, the Team Lead assumes full responsibility for all store operations, consistently striving to exceed sales, service, and operational objectives.

The position can be full or part‑time.

• Ensure the safety and welfare of employees and customers.
• Create and maintain an excellent customer shopping experience, reinforcing service standards and providing training and leadership to staff.
• Process all POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy and procedure (sales, discounts, refunds, loyalty, opening/closing procedures).
• Manage inventory control, including shipping and receiving, price management, single merchandise, damaged items, and physical inventory.
• Maintain sales floor merchandising and visual presentation, adhering to company standards, and support promotional events.
• Control payroll, scheduling, payroll budget compliance, and time & attendance.
• Develop direct reports through available training tools and consistent customer service reinforcement.
• Perform loss prevention duties, protecting company assets.
• Work toward a complete understanding of managing all day‑to‑day operations.
