Jim 'N Nick's BBQ - 4964 Centre Pointe Drive [Store Supervisor] As a BOH Keyholder at Jim 'N Nick's BBQ, you'll:
Monitor BOH Opening and Closing duties;
Lead and interact with the BOH staff during shift;
Monitor sanitation and safety practices to ensure employees follow company standards and regulations;
Utilize standard recipes, Build-To Charts, and standard plating procedures to monitor preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation of food;
Check quantity and quality of all raw materials received in deliveries;
Determine and verify protein loads using Crunch Time, product and sales forecasts.
