• Greet Players with a smile and friendly energy; deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently; ensure players have what they need for an excellent experience
• Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages; maintain clean and stocked service areas, bus bays and tables; fold napkins to Topgolf standards
• Support the team by restocking stations, assisting on the tee line, and keeping common areas clean
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to provide a safe and fun environment

This role includes physical tasks typical of hospitality work. You may need to lift and move items up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform various active tasks.

• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs; transport food trays; navigate stairs
• On your feet for most of the shift
• Engage in a variety of physical tasks with a can-do attitude
• Maintain endurance in a high-volume environment
