• Some high school education
• Prefer some Operations experience
• Local/municipal Food Safety requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense

In performing duties, employees must stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, work in hot and noisy kitchen environments, and use kitchen equipment. Candidates must be able to manage conflict and adapt to changing priorities.
