$15 – $18 / hour*

• Prepare and cook large quantities of food for banquets, events, and catered functions according to recipes and production schedules

• Assist with food preparation, plating, and buffet or service line setup

• Ensure food quality, presentation, and proper portion control

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing work areas

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), Weekends

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred (banquet or high-volume cooking a plus)

• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety standards

• Ability to follow recipes and written or verbal instructions

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Background check required
