Job Summary

The Club is located alongside various shops and restaurants. It is a fast‑paced, fun work environment that is growing in style and amenities. We are looking for Full‑time and Part‑time Airport Lounge Attendants with flexible availability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays and opening scheduled shifts. Shifts are subject to change based on business needs.

Job Description

The Floor Attendant performs a full range of food preparation, cleaning, and customer service for the Lounge.

  • Maintain a neat work environment, kitchen and passenger seating area including picking up trash, washing dirty dishes, restocking and arranging buffet and food offerings, magazines and newspapers in an orderly fashion.
  • Restock food and beverage offerings including chafing dishes, crock pots, trays, snacks, coffee, cups, glasses, ice, etc. in all service areas.
  • Complete paperwork related to daily inventory/orders.
  • Provide courteous customer service skills in a clubroom/bar environment.
  • Maintain current city and state approved badge and permits, as applicable.
  • Adhere to all local and state health department and other state agency regulations.
  • Function as a Customer Service Assistant if necessary.
Job Requirements
  • Pass airport authority security background check.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Background in customer service or restaurant/bar service.
  • Must be 18 or 21 years of age as applicable by law.
  • Handle multiple tasks and possess verbal communication skills necessary to communicate with customers, passengers, and co‑workers.
  • Able to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off.
  • Read, write, speak and understand English language.
Essential Job Functions
  • Cooperate with peers, customers and supervisors.
  • Maintain all necessary licenses and certifications including local health department food handler certification.
  • Stand during entire scheduled shift.
  • Handle stress of a fast‑paced shift up to ten (10) hours.
  • Read and interpret basic documents and comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Present information effectively in one‑on‑one and group settings to passengers, customers and other team members.
  • Perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
  • Make change when handling cash transactions on Point‑of‑Sale machine.
  • Interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • Ability to bend, climb up/down, crouch, kneel, reach, speak, stand, turn, twist, walk.
  • Lift 40 pounds at 40 inches high without aid of another person.
  • Push or pull 120 pounds with assistance of wheeled cart.
  • Follow safety, health and liquor rules and regulations.
  • Maintain personal appearance and grooming that presents a favorable corporate image.
  • Pass and obtain security background check and clearance to work in airport environment.
  • Report to work on a regular and timely basis.
