description

• conducting thorough visual and instrumented inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to verify adherence to quality standards and specification requirements
• executing testing, sorting, sampling, and weighing activities to validate product consistency and operational performance
• maintaining accurate and detailed logs of inspection results and quality metrics to support audit readiness and continuous improvement efforts
• communicating findings and working with quality assurance teams to recommend and implement corrective actions to address quality discrepancies
• assisting in the development and refinement of standard operating procedures for inspection and testing processes to enhance overall production quality

• five or more years of experience in an inspector, tester, sorter, sampler, or weigher role
• one or more years of experience must be with communication systems, networks, or technologies
• bachelor’s degree in a related field
• demonstrated proficiency in executing detailed inspection, testing, sorting, sampling, and weighing procedures in accordance with contractual and dod requirements
• proficient in utilizing precision measurement tools and instruments, such as digital micrometers, calipers, gauges, and scales, to verify material and product compliance with defined specifications
• skilled in documenting quality control data and maintaining meticulous records to support process validation and regulatory compliance
• possess an active dod secret security clearance

• familiarity with quality management systems and industrial statistical process control to support continuous improvement initiatives
• proficient in using computer-based data recording systems and software to enhance efficiency in quality tracking and reporting
• demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to troubleshoot defects and streamline inspection processes
• strong communication skills to effectively convey quality findings and coordinate corrective actions with production and engineering teams
