Overview
Performs setup for specialized non-destructive test or measurement equipment. Develops procedures and processes. Performs tests or inspections and collects data. Documents, analyzes and communicates results and assists with corrective action recommendations. Provides feedback on adverse trends. Responsible for non-destructive testing and acceptance of repairs to company products. Conducts certification preparation training.
Responsibilities- Set up specialized non-destructive testing equipment
- Develop procedures and processes for testing
- Perform tests or inspections and collect data
- Document, analyze and communicate results; assist with corrective action recommendations
- Provide feedback on adverse trends
- Ensure non-destructive testing and acceptance of repairs to company products
- Conduct certification preparation training
- 1 year experience in X-ray
- 1 year experience in UT (ultrasonic testing)
- 1 year experience in Eddy current
