PositionAircraft Production Test Electrical + Test Heavy Assemblers (Level B or Level
C) –
North Charleston, South Carolina

4), 100% onsite.

Maintain rigorous quality standards in all deliverables. - Complete new‑hire foundational training and retain required certifications.
- Use a computer effectively in a dynamic production environment.
- Read and interpret electronic technical work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
- Wear appropriate protective clothing/equipment determined by the task.
- Operate various mechanical lifts (e.g., ladders, tiger and snorkel lifts).
- Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment such as screwdrivers, ratchets, power screwdriver, multimeters, and continuity testers.
- Apply chemical solvents, sealants, coatings, primers, adhesives, paints, and special finishes.
- Inspect work quality and check for Foreign Object Debris.
- Work around energized electrical sources and exposure to constant noise.
- Perform keyboarding and other finger manipulation tasks.
- Lifting and carrying up to 10–35 pounds.
- Climb, balance, crawl, crouch, flex, bend, reach, twist, and walk as required.
- Perform functional testing of aircraft electrical systems and components, and troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems.
- Assess and document test or analysis data to show compliance.
- Execute complex production assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems using manual or automated tools.
- Identify roadblocks and production constraints and communicate issues that cannot be resolved by the team.
- Support teammates and improve overall team performance by providing cross training and mentoring.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. A “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications- Variable shift capability.
- Physical demands: flexion/extension, handling, kneeling, bending, reaching overhead, head/neck rotation, standing, twisting, walking, climbing/balancing, crawling, squatting.
- Lifting/carrying up to 10–35 pounds.
- Work with high-hazard chemicals.
- Maintain Confined Space and Fall Protection certifications.
- 1+ year experience with software applications (internet, email, Microsoft Office, or specialized applications).
- 1+ year experience following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints or drawings in English.
- 1+ year experience applying mathematical calculations.
- 1+ year experience in a technical or mechanical field using hand, power, or pneumatic tools.
- 1+ year experience in electrical assembly and/or electronic materials.
- 1+ year experience in avionics systems troubleshooting, wire bundle installations, and aircraft electrical systems troubleshooting. Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of experience with functional testing of aircraft electrical systems.
- 3+ years of experience with functional testing of IFE systems knowledge.
- 3+ years of experience with aircraft systems troubleshooting and fault repair.

Summary pay range level B: $54,000 – $64,000.
Summary pay range level C: $61,200 – $64,500.
