Overview
Design Real Products. See Them Come to Life. If you want to work where digital design meets hands-on manufacturing, this might be your next move.
We manufacture high-quality marine products—boat covers, shade systems, custom accessories—that are used on boats across the country. And we're looking for someone who wants to bridge the gap between the design office and the production floor.
You'll spend most of your time at a computer working in CAD software, but you'll also get hands-on with CNC equipment, quality inspection, and production workflow. This isn t purely desk work—it's technical work where you see your digital designs become real products.
Responsibilities- Create and modify pattern designs using Rhino6 and other CAD software
- Prepare digital files for CNC cutting operations
- Operate and maintain CNC cutting equipment as needed
- Read technical drawings and translate them into production-ready files
- Inspect finished goods for fit, quality, and accuracy
- Manage digital workflow from design files to completed orders
- Maintain production documentation and quality records
- Support the production team with file preparation and troubleshooting
We care more about how you work than what s on your resume.
You'll succeed if you:
- Pay attention to details that others miss
- Are comfortable working in CAD or technical software (or eager to learn)
- Can move between computer work and hands-on tasks
- Take ownership of your work
- Show up on time and follow through
- Value precision in both digital and physical work
- Reliable 7:00 a.m. start time
- Comfortable with computer-based work for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50lbs when working with materials and equipment

- 0–3 years related experience welcome—we ll train the right person
- Learn CAD design, CNC operation, and manufacturing processes
- Work at the intersection of digital design and physical production
- Supportive team that values teaching and skill development
- Stable position in a growing industry
- Clear processes and expectations
- Full-Time | $35,000–$55,000 DOE
