* Must successfully complete the new hire foundational training to obtain and maintain all required certifications.
* Proficient use of a computer in a dynamic production environment.
* Look up/read/comprehend electronic technical work instructions, drawings and/or specifications.
* Wear appropriate protective clothing/equipment determined by the task performed.
* Operate various mechanical lifts (e.g. ladders, tiger and snorkel lifts).
* Use various hand tools and diagnostic equipment such as screwdrivers, ratchets, power screwdriver multi meters, continuity testers.
* Apply chemical solvents, sealants, coatings, primers, adhesives, paints and special finishes.
* Inspect your work quality and check for Foreign Object Debris.
* Work around energized sources (electrical equipment and hazards/shock, e.g. circuit breakers and wiring) and exposure to constant noise.
* Finger manipulation (keyboarding, other).
* Lifting and carrying up to 10-35 pounds.
* Climbing/balancing (stairs, ladders, poles, scaffolding, inclined surfaces), crawling, crouching (squatting).
* Flexion/Extension (head bent down, head bent back), handling, kneeling, bending at the waist, reaching (overhead), rotation of head/neck, standing, twisting at the waist and walking.
* Experience with conventional material layup, precision measuring, power, pneumatic and hand tools
* Ability to obtain CNC Experience.
* Ability to work a variable shift as noted further below.
* Ability to meet physical demands of the role such as flexion and extension (head bent down, head bent back), handling, kneeling, bending at the waist, reaching overhead, rotation of head/neck, standing, twisting at the waist and walking, climbing/balancing (stairs, ladders, poles, scaffolding, inclined surfaces), crawling, crouching (squatting).
* Ability to lift/carry up to 10-35 pounds.
* Ability to work with high-hazard chemicals
* Ability to complete and maintain Confined Space and Fall Protection certifications, as required
* 1+ years of experience using software applications such as internet navigation, email, Microsoft Office Suite, and/or other specialized computer applications
* 1+ years of experience following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications, in English
* 1+ years of experience applying mathematical calculations
* 1+ years of experience in a technical, or mechanical field performing work with basic hand, power, and/or pneumatic (air) tools.
* 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly processes and procedures.
* 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 3+ years of CNC experience.
* 3+ years of experience with conventional material layup, precision measuring, power, pneumatic and hand tools.
* 3+ years of crane operations experience.
* 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, material processes, schematic and diagrams in aviation.
