description

• developing and executing the qualification program for all personnel based on customer requirements
• developing and executing the continuous training program for all personnel based on customer requirements
• coordinating schools to support qualification and advanced training for all personnel based on customer requirements
• developing and maintaining the surtass program training ims

• bachelor's degree in education, psychology and/or master training specialist certification
• five years of experience with managing training and qualification programs
• five years of experience in the operation, maintenance, and/or repair of complex navy systems

• experience with surtass mission systems is preferred

src is a contractor for the u.s. Government, this position will require u.s. Citizenship as well as, a u.s. Government security clearance at the secret level
