Aerospace Systems Technician

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Aerospace Systems Technicians with aerospace assembly experience for an opportunity in Charleston, South Carolina.

No tools required.

• 7+ years of experience in aviation/aerospace.
• 7+ years of experience using software applications such as internet navigation, email, Microsoft Suite, and other specialized computer applications.
• 7+ years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications in English, and following detailed work instructions.
• 7+ years of experience working with basic hand, power, and pneumatic tools in a technical or mechanical field.
• 7+ years of experience with hydraulic and pneumatic system design.

• Install aircraft parts and assemblies such as landing gear, control surfaces, exterior panels, carpets, blankets, and seats.
• Install aircraft system components like tubing, valves, regulators, actuators, compressors, and ducts.
• Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment including screwdrivers, ratchets, multimeters, and continuity testers.

• Ability to work variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
• Physical ability to handle tasks involving bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting, standing, climbing, crawling, and crouching.
• Lift up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to work with high hazard chemicals.

Training duration: 8-10 weeks.

Positions are on variable shifts; shift depends on business needs. Successful completion of screening is required.
