Overview
Business Operations Specialist - Production Integration Specialist s role is connected to Program Master Schedules and Skyline Management to support the 787 Delivery Commitments team, based in North Charleston, South Carolina. The team is responsible for the 787 Program Master Schedules, evaluating baseline production and delivery change scenarios by coordinating cross-functionally and across the Enterprise to support production and delivery requirements.
The team works closely with Skyline Management, Engineering and Supplier Management.
- Assist with integration efforts with the Everett, South Carolina, and San Antonio Delivery Centers during re-baseline and delivery scenario activities
- Provide key inputs to a portion of the Program’s Master Schedule and 787 Skyline
- Partner with other Master Schedulers in the overall analysis, scenario planning and development
- Support projects and special requests by the 787 leadership team that impacts production
- 6+ years of combined education and relevant work experience
- 3+ years of business operations experience
- 1+ year of experience working closely with leadership
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 3+ years of experience facilitating meetings & presenting to senior leadership
- Experience working on airplane programs or supporting the production system
- Experience developing and integrating strategic projects, plans, and initiatives to meet business goals
- Experience working in a multifaceted work environment, to include managing multiple priorities

Summary Pay Range for Level 3: $94,350 - $127,650
Summary Pay Range for Level 4: $118,150 - $159,850
