Job SummaryJoin our team for an exciting contract assignment opportunity with Boeing! We are searching for a detail‑oriented individual to perform routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems using manual operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with aircraft structural parts fabrication, assembly processes, and procedures. This position requires the ability to work variable shifts and adhere to high standards of safety and compliance regulations.
Responsibilities- Perform routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies
- Utilize conventional lathe, milling, precision measuring, power, pneumatic, and hand tools
- Follow detailed work instructions and interpret blueprints or specifications
- Carry/lift up to 10–35 pounds as needed
- Work with high hazard chemicals and adhere to safety standards
- Use high impact vibratory tools for tasks such as bucking/riveting
- Experience in reading blueprints or specifications
- Proficiency in using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills and work ethic
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- 1+ years of experience following detailed work instructions in English
- Previous experience with aircraft structural parts fabrication is preferred
