Overview
Administrative Controls Management, Inc. (ACM) is a 40-year-old established national project and program management consulting company seeking professionals in South Carolina with 5 to 20+ years of experience. We are currently seeking Project Analysts
. It is expected that all candidates who apply will have either construction experience, or experience in the manufacturing, utility, or petrochemical industries. Applicants must be authorized to work for any United States employer. ACM is unable to sponsor or take over any sponsor ships for an employment visa. ACM's clients over the past 40 years have resided in every industry, but our work is currently concentrated on construction projects within the manufacturing, utility, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, automotive, and institutional industries.
- Planning, forecasting, reporting, and critical path method schedule management.
- Conducting research and analysis to identify areas needing improvement for optimal performance.
- Budget management, project finances consolidation and tracking, collaboration with scheduling team, and risk management for the specific site.
- Developing and updating weekly schedules working with owner and contractor superintendents, field engineers, and project managers.
- Conducting analysis to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedules.
Additional opportunities exist in Columbus, Ohio;
Detroit, Michigan; and Charlotte, North Carolina.
ACM provides project controls services including critical path method (CPM) scheduling, project oversight, coordination, and owner’s representation; delay claim analysis and dispute resolution; and training to clients within the utility, petrochemical, manufacturing, automotive, commercial, municipal and public works, and pharmaceutical industries. ACM is the first Approved Education Provider as certified by AACE International and is a Project Management Institute (PMI®) Authorized Training Partner.
HighlyPreferred
- Willing to travel to project locations as needed
- Construction, utility, and/or manufacturing industry experience
- Experienced in Oracle Primavera P6, MS Project, or other project management software
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience
- Critical Path Method experience (specifically in scheduling)
- Budgeting, Forecasting, and/or Risk Management experience
