Overview

Operations Manager at Yellowstone Landscape is a leadership role responsible for the complete management and direction of Maintenance Operations and the daily direction of Account Managers, with coordination with all Irrigation and Fert/Chem Technicians.

• Manage and develop employees.
• Assist Branch Manager with all new sales and renewals.
• Assist with financial performance, develop budgets, forecast results, create marketing plans and strategic growth plans.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Effectively communicate and interact with all departments.
• Plan and schedule field and support operations to meet contractual specifications and exceed client expectations.
• Maintain branch retention while improving client engagement.

• Basic understanding of P&Ls.
• Basic irrigation knowledge.
• Extensive experience at previous levels (Account Manager and Senior Account Manager).
• Effective time management skills.
• Extensive property maintenance experience.
• Passion for client service.
• Superb communication skills.
• Leadership skills, motivator, problem solver, accessible, know your employees and customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Communicate in both English and Spanish.
• Degree in Horticulture or a related major.
• Extensive experience with a professional landscape management or related firm.
• Knowledge of regional climate horticultural practices.
