Requirements

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This role involves setting and achieving goals in collaboration with leadership, leading a team of Department Managers, and hiring and developing staff.

Ideal candidates should have previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations, preferably in quick service, hospitality, or retail. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
