- Assist in routine maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, painting, and equipment upkeep.
- Perform inspections of common areas and report any issues to the Maintenance Manager.
- Ensure cleanliness of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
- Collect and replace trash can bags throughout the community.
- Remove litter, debris, and trash from the community grounds regularly.
- Set up and break down furniture for community events as needed.
- Provide courteous assistance to residents and guests, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and help facilitate repairs.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are performed in accordance with safety regulations and community standards.
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Manager.
